BILLING & INSURANCE OPTIONS

PAYMENT
We require payment on the day of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks. A fee will be issued in the event of insufficient funds.

INSURANCE
-We are a low volume office, offering our patients comprehensive care, which limits our ability to work within the limitations of most contractual requirements for insurance.
-After payment is made to our office, the bills can be submitted to PPO insurance plans as "out of network," and will be reimbursed dependant upon each individual insurance plan. Please contact your insurance company for information on your coverage.
